This website is published by Ember Genie, Inc. at https://embergenie.com. This draft does not add a street address. The final policy will complete the legal text.

Information you can submit

The contact form asks for your name, email address, a topic, and a message. Those fields are sent to this website’s server when you submit the form.

The server forwards that message only when a private delivery webhook is configured for the environment. If the webhook is not configured, the server refuses the message. The application does not write it to a database.

Accounts

This website does not offer accounts, sign-in, or payment. You can read every public page without identifying yourself.

Analytics and cookies

This version of the website does not send analytics to a third party. The code includes a browser hook where a provider can be connected later. No analytics vendor is loaded.

The site does not set its own tracking cookies. Fonts are served with the website rather than loaded from a third-party font host in the browser.

Hosting logs

When the site is hosted, the hosting provider may keep ordinary connection logs, such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested. This application does not add a separate analytics log on top of that.

How product data is intended to work

Ember Genie is being built so business data stays inside a workspace and is available to the people allowed to see it. That product behavior is not active on this marketing website, and the final privacy policy will describe it before the product opens to the public.

Ember Genie is a business product for adults building companies. This website is not directed at children. Ember Genie, Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this marketing site.
