What is Ember Genie?
Ember Genie is an AI Operating System for entrepreneurs, creators, and businesses. It is designed to help you build, run, and grow a business through one workflow: Start, Build, Market, Sell, Operate, and Grow.
Who is it for?
It is for people starting a company, creators turning an audience into a business, and operators who want AI inside the daily work of the company.
Can I use the product on this website?
This website is the public introduction to Ember Genie. It does not include the signed-in product. An authenticated web application is planned for app.embergenie.com and is not part of this site.
Is there a mobile app I can download?
Ember Genie is being built to be used on a phone. App Store and Google Play listings are not published yet. The store buttons on this site stay off until those listings exist.
Which features can I use today?
The Tools page maps the V1 areas: assistant, planning, research, marketing, Growth Genie, websites and web apps, sales, finance, operations, automation, documents, learning, analytics, discovery, workspace, knowledge, integrations, agents, and notifications. They are part of the platform direction and are marked where they are still in development. Trading Agent is paper mode only.
Does the Trading Agent place live trades?
No. For V1, Trading Agent is paper mode: practice trading decisions without placing live orders. Live trading is not available. It is not investment advice, and this website does not open a brokerage account. Trading real markets can lose money.
What is Growth Genie?
Growth Genie is the creator and marketing system inside Ember Genie. It covers content creation, repurposing, scheduling, multi-platform publishing, analytics, and monetization intelligence as planning insight. A social channel is available only when that provider connection is enabled. Monetization intelligence does not promise income.
What is the AI Store?
The AI Store is the planned marketplace for agents, templates, and tools that extend Ember Genie. The page on this site is a preview. There is nothing to install or buy there yet.
How will pricing work?
The current direction is a subscription around $20 per month, with a new-user capability trial measured in Ember Credits. That figure is provisional. This website does not take payment, and credit amounts are not published yet.
Does Ember Genie host the websites it helps create?
The Website and Web App Builder is intended to cover sites, landing pages, business sites, web apps, and related products. Production hosting and deployment integrations are not offered from this marketing website.
What happens when I use the contact form?
The form checks your message in the browser and on the server. Ember Genie forwards it only when a private delivery webhook is configured for that environment. If delivery is not configured, the form says so. The message is not stored and is not treated as received.
How does Ember Genie approach privacy and security?
The product direction is workspace-scoped access, so a business’s work stays with the people allowed to see it. This marketing site does not ask you to create an account. The Privacy Policy and Terms pages are draft structures while the final legal text is prepared.
Where do I go for support?
Use the contact page and choose Support. If a public support email has been published, it is shown there. If no address is shown, one has not been confirmed yet.
